    DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I purchased I mustang and a week later the transmission went out. I was polite when I called and let them know about it. I was assured that they would make it right. However, when it came time to deliver on that promise they told me that I bought it as is and that there was nothing they would do. Then they had the nerve to say they would fix it but would have to charge me the full price of the repair. Please do not make the same mistake I did!

    DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I purchased a mustang and one week later the transmission went out. I was polite when I called to let them know. I was assured that they would make it right. They lied!!!!! As if that wasn't enough they said they would be happy to fix it but would have to charge the full price of the repair. Are  you kidding me!!! I bet you would like to fix it. (However, this issue will need more then a stick of gum to fix.) Thieves!!!! Please don't make the same mistake I did!

    Bixby US Auto Center is the WORST place ever to go! We went car shopping and we just had stopped in to look at cars and not even after 5 minutes into looking at cars (we got to look at 2) and they ran out handed us the keys to the one we were currently looking at. So we test drove it and yeah we liked it but we wanted to continue looking at other cars and other dealerships. But when we got back is when the HAGGLING started and they just kept pressuring us to buy the vehicle. So we finally gave in and bought the vehicle and drove it home that night. The very next morning we took it for a short hour long drive to go see relative and the TRANSMISSION OVER HEATS! So as you can guess all the way back to the dealership was turtle speed. When I got there and gave them the vehicle to be worked on they told me it would take a week at most to have it fixed. ***The only plus side is that they were nice enough to give me a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop.*** The first vehicle that they loaned me didn't have any AC what so ever (in the middle of summer). So as you can guess that one went back too. ***They were even nice enough to loan me another vehicle because the first one was broken*** The second vehicle the gave me the AC actually worked in thank goodness. :) But I had the loaner 3 weeks (with them calling me saying I will have my car the next day then I call them back and the tell me next week) before they finally fixed my car (well technically the GM dealership had to fix it because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it... (they even broke the catalytic converter while they had it in their possession and didn't plan on telling me they broke it)) Now my check engine light is on and I know its the catalytic converter because I had the check engine light looked at so I called them and they told me that the warranty they forced me to buy (without my permission) doesn't cover that. and to wrap it all up they are charging me 25k for an '08 which is outrageous... so although they were great in a few areas OVERALL THEY ARE THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
