I called over a month ago to make an appointment. I'm guessing the front desk person is the one I spoke to. She took my information and scheduled by appointment for March 19th. I didnt realize it until last week (February 22nd) that the appointment was made on a Sunday, I called me the office multiple times to change the appointment and even sent a message via the website. To date no one have called me back. When I call the office the number is either not in service or the answering company picks. Service is horrible.

I had heard good things about this doctor. Unfortunately, when I called to make an appointment Rosa was so rude that I gave up trying to see him. Its apparently not a one off thing for her, judging by the rest of the reviews. She should realize that she is dealing with people that are possibly depressed and hurting. Dealing with a receptionist that is rude for literally no reason at all just causes more stress.

Dr. Nelson is a phenomenal doctor. However, every time that I need something I get stuck talking to one of the most inefficient human being on earth named Rosa. I can't even get in touch with him because she will not allow it. I don't know how she has a job. Or how she is legally allowed to drive herself to work. Today has been 2 weeks since my appointment, and she has the audacity to argue with me then hang up on me. All because she claims all of my prescriptions have been called into the pharmacy, but can't be filled. I explained Adderall is a controlled substance. You would think someone that works at Dr. Nelson's office would have the common sense to know you cannot call in schedule 2 narcotics. But yelled at me to have myself stop calling to ask, because the prescriptions were called in 2 weeks(5/24) after my appointment (teledoc), and that's the furthest from the truth. I was very polite saying yes ma'am, no ma'am. But she still thinks in her brain you can call in Adderall, and yelled at me telling me it's not ready to be filled and Publix is holding my prescription hostage essentially. I called Publix and even they asked are you sure your doctor knows what they're doing? "We typically don't call the office for a controlled substance like Adderall." They called the office, because Rosa is so bad at her job, and I still do not have the prescription in the system to be filled today after 2 weeks after my appointment with Dr. Nelson. I'm still shocked this woman has a job. I try to ask my wife or mom to call be sure Rosa is either racist towards white people or men specifically. It's starting to get so out of hand I'm just going to record each call, and send it into the better business bureau since apparently she's untouchable and cannot get fired. This is roughly my 15th occurrence of similar matters. Today just took the cake when not only was she wrong but she called me at work and my entire office heard how disrespectful she was as well as rude and hung up one me. I cannot believe roda is an actual human being for a psychiatrist, because she has no feelings or empathy. Sometimes when I call she belittled me so much I start to think I may actually have something actually wrong with myself. This woman should not be allowed to work in the world of medical practices as I do work as a network engineer for assisted and skilled nursing facilities across the nation. She's probably done much worse to children or parents suffering trying to get help for their children that need help. 0/10 would not recommend speaking to Rosa 11/10 for Dr. Nelson he is the nicest human being on the planet. Please fire this woman and do yourself and practice a favor. Tori is the most amazing receptionist she always helps me out and asks if I need anything!!! 11/10 After being a patient for 16 years it's sad I'm leaving a one star review. But after the incident today, and reading I feel like you will understand the hardships I've went through this entire time dealing with the devil that is Rosa.
