PuroClean was organized, professional, and friendly. Our project manager, Reynaldo Escobar was the best part of the experience as he scheduled everyone, did periodic checks on work, was quick to respond and was extremely professional. He may a stressful time a lot more manageable.

What an incredible company to do business with! Everyone was professional, organized, timely, & gracious. The crew led by Lesty went above and beyond to solve my issue & restore/remove what was needed. Lesty was not only always on time but mostly early for our meetings, stayed in constant contact with us for updates &/or changes and when asked to do anything extra obliged and did an exceptional job. In the case of disaster or damage I will only call Puroclean in the future. Thank you again for making an unfortunate situation better and not more difficult

I'm an insurance agent located in Vestavia Hills. Quite a few of my clients have used PuroClean to dry their homes and belongings after sustaining water damage. Personally, I'm impressed with their quick response time and excellent communication! When I follow up with my clients, they've only had praise for the quality and timeliness of their work. This company is very personable and professional. Shawn West has been on top of his game. He is very friendly and will definitely be there to help with any questions you may have at any time. I work for a multifamily industry, will for sure be calling PuroClean for any needs that I may have in the future.
