    I wish I could give 0 stars. Ive been a customer for at least 13-15 years and I will be changing banks ASAP! In all the years Ive been with them, Ive never had to or even attempted to dispute a transaction/ file a claim! The first time I had to do so because i didnt approve an order that was inadvertently submitted, they could not help me. The dispute/ claim was initiated as soon as I could per Regions policy (when the transaction is no longer pending )before this unapproved order was shipped but due to their lengthy dispute process, the order was shipped and I cannot get my $300+ back and its nothing they can do. When I was telling others what happened before I even found out that my dispute was denied, they were like oh your bank should take care of it. That happened to me and I had my money back the next day. Not with regions! Whats the purpose of allowing one the option to file a dispute if the process doesnt work? I will not shop with that company again nor will I use or suggest regions bank to anyone.

    They have a policy put in place where a returned deposit can be taken away without a reason given. No one employeed by regions, Jarvis a supervisor, can tell me why. I guess Regions can just go a take money out of account when ever they like it.
