Watts Realty is such a rip-off!!! I turned in my last rent money order because I have moved, they gonna withhold my receipt which was very unprofessional! Making up excuses then gonna say, we gonna bill you a water bill. I said how when I moved out 2 months ago.

As an owner of Multiple Rentals in the Birmingham area, I have found the Watts Team to be extraordinary in how they are handling our Properties. After talking to other property owners that they represent, we switched to Watts from a less than satisfactory property management company in the Area. They have been assisting us for 6 months now and have provided solutions and subcontractors to bring up our properties up to proper rental standards. As an absentee landlord I had 6 rentals in Birmingham managed by a company that went bankrupt. Watts Realty stepped in for me and took over managing the properties in a timely manner, with limited effort on my part. Monthly reporting and disbursement of funds are on time and provide complete information on the property's situation. Vacancies and repairs are also addressed timely. Watts advises me as to market rates for rentals. Service to renters is very good by Watts and turnover has been low. Several other absentee landlords transferred from the bankrupt manager to Watts and are also satisfied with the service.
