Ive used this company for almost 10 years for service contracts and servicing of both my HVAC units. I dont know if theyve changed owners or what is going on but the past two times I have gotten a quote for them on HVAC system replacement they have quoted several thousand dollars more than other companies. I have decided to stop using them because now I dont know if I can trust their pricing for minor repairs.
Last year when one of the technicians came out to unclog the attic air exchanger he kicked a light fixture through my bedroom ceiling claiming it was an electrical hazard. He didnt ask before he kicked it through and just left an open hole in my bedroom to the attic. No apology, no offer to cover the hole.

Very bad business they have created a leak in my ceiling and refuse to fix it and I have water damage in my house hvac unit continuously has clogged drain do not do business with this company Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance

They came did not discuss what was wrong, just fixed the problem and then told us to pay them. No communication/explanation of what was wrong or what was fixed, no estimates, just said its fixed and demanded money. They broke the thermostat, they broke the panel for the unit they knocked over the litter box and left a mess. When we called to speak to them about it, it was excuses and well we did this and this and didnt even charge you for it. They took advantage of my 19 year old daughter and the ac is still not fixed. Wasted money, wasted time. Do not use this company. Service: A/C system maintenance

This is a great company. We have used their services on two occasions. They have good customer service, great technicians and are reasonably priced. Service: Repair HVAC
