        I guess maybe I got lucky compared to the other reviews? I've rented cars and equipment all over the world - one of the last times was Paris. I expected to have to wait or some mistake in reservation, scheduling etc (because this happens with all the other carriers fairly often). So I planned two hours to get everything in order just in case. Was happily surprised this was one of the very fastest easiest any kinda rental I've ever done. Had the keys and was gone in less than ten minutes! Super friendly, efficient staff. All around excellent!

        Not exactly Penskes fault but theyre really should be a place that rents trucks with fifth wheel hitches ?!?

        Ordered truck day in advance.went to pick it up the next morning.was told they didn't have one available.
