This company dropped heaters off for our wedding not set up or placed and we had to assemble them ourselves. On wedding day, our tent heater was reading "low" and they charged us over $500 to come and fix it when it was delivered incorrectly. Please do not use this company for your wedding as you will be stressed the entire time and you will be charged a lot more money than what is quoted.

My experience was uncalled for .. I had reserved and paid in full . My pick up date was Sept 14th on Friday. I had a friend who was in a horrific accident and I was at the hospital from 8am 2pm .. Ihad totallyforgotten
about picking up the monster truck bounce house ( for my 4 yr old grandson's birthday party that was monster truck themed) I didn't remember till Saturday morning. I contacted them and was told they are closed. I was upset of course. They said they
wouldn't meet me to pick up And will not refund but half of my money.
I don't recommend this company because they have no compassion for their customers. I will not be using them in the future.
I used foam zone party's. They helped me Sunday by being there for me last minute. They have lower prices as well . They are very friendly and treat their customers with compassion and support.
I highly recommend this company!! Tell them I sent you their way !
