AVOID AT ALL COST. Had my semi truck towed sunday with time sensitive freight on my trailer and its thursday and cant get anyone on the phone or even complete the invoice. The hold times are a joke and even when they answer they bounce you around and no one can give you a answer. Truck been there 5 days with no help

My experience with this towing company was very good they reached me pretty quick considering I was almost 70 miles away in Gadsden Alabama they came from Birmingham the tow truck driver named Reggie went above and beyond to take care of me he was a really good dude even gave me a ride to the hotel. I hope I never have to see him again in that way, LOL, but if I break down in that area again, I hope it's Reggie that comes to my rescue... great guy.

Got myself in a little bit of a sticky situation BUT Weil came out and got me right out. Everyone was also very nice. Thanks Weil!

Had to have my car pulled back onto the parking deck because the barrier wasn't in place I just rolled off of the parking deck pavement onto the base. They pulled my car back about a foot at the most so I could back out and charged me 150.00 I mean what a rip off. I understand a tow truck is expensive but that's a bit much to help pull your car 8 inches to a foot.
