They are impossible to get into contact with. I've called multiple times (in the morning on week days) and they never call back until 1-2 days later. The front desk (?) woman was rude to me over the phone saying, "well, I DID call you back eventually each time..." when I was frustrated because I couldn't cancel my policy in time now because it wasn't 5 days ahead. Lydia on the other hand is very sweet, and was always very helpful and would go out of her way to help. I don't know if they need better staffing or what, but customers should not be punished because the person in charge of phones can't be bothered to answer the phone in a timely matter.

I had insurance through this agency and they neglected to communicate with me after an accident to provide the insurance agency my proper address. Over a year went by, almost two years. I figured out my check was sent to the wrong address. Anyway, I call months later to try to get insurance on a different vehicle and the company isnt willing to put in the time to re submit my information to insurance providers. Great way to take care of a precious customer
