Great place to help people and employers communicate. They offer job coaching services to employees. Works well for adult child finding their first job (an hourly rate, not 150% of first month wages like old school employment agencies). Their main business is to help state funded citizens with long term continuing supported employment and/or supported living. They do work with government agencies and help employers find acceptable accommodations for disabled employees. They do offer many clients, so if one does not work out after job coaching and accommodations, another client can be offered. JCI is thankful for employers who want to hire disabled employees. Targeted employers include those that are too small for a HR department, let alone job coaching and researching needed work space accommodations. JCI can help qualifying clients get government funding, or they can work with employers (or moms and dads) with fees that are hourly based. Job Connection Incorporated is based in Billings, MT.
