Highly recommend! I have had several pieces of leather custom laser etched and they do a wonderful job, are reasonably priced, and very quick.

Gorgeous work that was beyond my expectations! And stellar customer service. Zach is my hero and Western Awards is my go-to from now on. They truly saved the day and I am so grateful to them for fitting my item in and getting it done the same day after another shop in town hadn't even touched my item in the week they had it. Zach not only got the item customized for me, but he did an amazing job and it looks so beautiful. Thank you thank you thank you! Edit: Photo is the acacia wood serving tray from Target that they customized for me. I brought in my own design and it was only $30 for the engraving service. It makes a priceless gift for some very special people. I was blown away by how they got the words lined up with the different wood colors on the tray.
