        Called for emergency service on a residential boiler/water heater system they sold and installed for over $11,000. It is 4:30 on a Wednesday. Just drove by their location and a fleet of work vehicles and vans were parked in the lot. They said they do not have anyone available to come over for at least 10 days. They do not have techs on call anymore to answer a question, they are not "always open" as advertised. They must have lost the license for selling and servicing the brand of product they sold me because they no longer are listed on the Manufacturer website as a retailer/servicer. Look elsewhere if looking for responsive boiler sales and support. I am.
