We recently had a long, tough sale of our house (due to COVID). Kim was great! She guided us throughout the entire process and we all learned the nuances of selling a house during a pandemic together. She was attentive to our specific needs in search of our new home as well. She was helpful throughout the entire process and was available at all times of the day if we needed help or guidance! On the day of our smoke detector inspection, she went to the house to accompany inspector while we were at work. One detector was malfunctioning, Kim was quick to grab a ladder and switch out batteries to our vaulted ceiling smoke detector and we were able to pass the inspection without delay! Our family highly recommends Kim Cook. She is not only an excellent and experienced and professional real estate agent but also a kind human being.
