A great company to work with. The online booking system was very easy and they were very communicative regarding times and confirmations. I knew exactly what to expect and they did an excellent job helping me to take a variety of things from couches to yard waste to some old construction project supplies. They showed up on time and were very careful about protecting my walls and furniture when moving things. The process couldn't have been easier. I highly recommend them.

Ultra Fast!! Found Baystatecleanout via Goggle search. Filled out a request form and got email response back within 20 min!
Said a crew was in my area now and they could be there within the hour. Gave an estimate based on what I said needed to be removed. Since my family was cleaning out the yard as a one day special, I jumped on this chance to get rid of a heaping pile of junk the previous owners had buried among the rocks and trees on the back property.
Crew arrived right when they said they would and backed up right to the area with a 4x4 and huge trailer (all very nice looking and clean with bright signage - no junky looking rig here - and the crew were nicely dressed in matching uniforms). Went to work scurrying up rocks, around trees, and bushes - to pull out some really ugly looking stuff. These guys were fearless!!
Within 15 minutes, it was all gone, they raked the area. I paid with a cc on his portable tablet (truck was equipped with Wi-fi, how handy!). Crew left without leaving a trace of junk. Very professional, personable, and quick! What more can I ask for!
