This place has all the wood you need to get toasty in Big Bear. Chad was amazing in helping us out. He made sure to answer all our questions regarding difference in which wood will burn slower etc. He assisted us in figuring out how much we could fit in our car and even helped carry it out. Such great service. Would recommend!

Customer service was excellent, wood not so much. I purchased wood here for my week stay in Big Bear. When I got to my cabin, I noticed the wood was very heavy. When I tried to burn it, it was hard to light and once the fire was roaring and kindling burtout, so did the log as they failed to stay lit. IMO the wood needed to be seasoned longer before being sold. I went back to their office and stated my concerns. They disagreed with my accessment but were very nice and helpful and gave me two bundles of pre-packaged wood in net bags. This wood was very dry. After returning to the cabin, the pre-packaged wood lit up and burned hot, it was great wood. I started burning the other wood I purchased on the orange create, but that wood was still hard to keep going, and the fire would slowly want to go out. It worked as long as I kept a mix of the pre-packaged wood and the created wood. Look at the wood carefully and check it before you load it in your vehicle to make sure it is very dry wood. If you have an issue, this company will back you up and not leave you hanging. They seem like very good folks. Unfortunately, I may have just got a bad batch. Two stars for wood, Five for customer service.
