Always on time, respectful. And said yes to bonus tasks to help them.
Within the first two weeks they hired another driver under them and canceled the contract without notifying the company I work for.
Which fell upon me to do so.
The cancellation plan was to stay for the remainder 3 weeks until the new driver was cross trained.
Giving my company ample time to find me another contract and have their driver ready to go.
By week 2.
Without hesitation the moment their driver was green lit they emailed my company that I was no longer needed and didnt notify me the day they sent out the email.
Next day I showed up they watched me load up their truck and just as I finished they said I was no longer needed. And that my boss was suppose to notify me.
Neither the shipping team or supervisor for the shipping department was notified of this either.
Complete lack of common decency or respect for any human being.
And unprofessional business practice.
They have had a problem keeping drivers for an ongoing year streak.
And this is just one of the many issues their higher ups have within their company.
Good employees. Great team.
Terrible leadership.
