If I could give them zero stars I would! Do not go here ! They are crooks! They did not work on my behalf, gave me advice that would have benefitted the other party , then after collecting their 7k , dropped me as a client because I refused to agree to a deal that would have cost me my investment property ! Do not believe the 5 star reviews. Those are from the paralegals who work there, who by the way, will be the ones who does the paperwork for your case. You will never see an attorney ! RUN!!!

These people are CROOKS!!! Not only did they not file necessary paperwork to stop the foreclosure on my house, they REFUSE to give me a refund since no services were rendered, even though in WRITING from MATTHEW RESNIK "of course I will refund you". Completely untrustworthy. They take advantage and are always looking to collect more money from clients who are already feeling desperate. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!

Back in 2011, we were facing hardship due to a loss of job in our household. We are extremely grateful with Simon & Resnik in both our Chapter 11 and Loan Modification services. A situation that we felt was going to be very dramatic turned to be a smooth transition, because of the clear explanations and understanding attitude of the team, from the Lawyer to the receptionist. Our loan modification was what we call a Miracle! thanks to the hard job of the loan modification specialist in the office, we thought that we would never get it after trying to do it by ourselves (with no success) several times before asking for their help. The Simon Resnik Hayes firm finally gave me the peace of mind I so desperately needed. I was not sure what to do and I felt like I was at the end of my rope. They not only made me feel comfortable, they also gave me the information I needed to make the best choice for my family.
