Nice conservative clothes at Fair prices, but service was not acceptable. We had to go there three times in buy a sports coat die to system issues and no stock on the size we needed. They told us to go home and get it onlineand bring it back for alterations. We did this and when we came back they told us the new policy wss they charge for alterations! $75 on a $500 sports coat! In addition, no one wanted to serve us because they are pn commission and we bought the coat on line. Never going there again.

Great Brooks Brothers. I picked up a Milano line suit here in dark navy, they tailored it perfectly and had me looking sharp when it came time for pick up. They were also able to accommodate my suit on a tight schedule and relatively quick turnaround. Along with the suit I also picked up a tie. Unfortunately, I found the tie to be defective, brought it back weeks later and they ended up not having the tie in stock anymore. The associate who helped me worked to find the same tie elsewhere in a warehouse and eventually did, having it shipped to my door step - couple of days later received my crisp-new replacement tie, no defects. Overall good experiences.
