Sorry for any stress our driver and extreme weather conditions may have caused you and your family during your commute yesterday. We assure you we only had one truck dispatched out yesterday and the driver has a spotless dot record and was not exhibiting any such horseplay. As powerful as the truck he was driving may be it still does not always stop on a dime during extreme weather conditions. The truck itself was having turn signal issues which were fixed as soon as the truck was brought back into the shop from spreading salt. As for the comment about the past reviews, those reviews are not in regards to any work we have completed as a company nor do we professionally know any of the reviewers who are claiming to be customers. The negative reviews are a result of people not agreeing with one of the owner's personal views and trying to destroy the owner not only personally but professionally. I am sorry that your experience with one of our driver's and reading false reviews has made you not wish to do business with our company.

And as far as your comment in reference to the owner, we have multiple owners and feel if this was not in reference to any work we completed for you then you should handle that on a personal level with said owner you are referencing. This is a business profile and your review is to be based off actual work performed by the business. Again, please provide us with the information on your project showing us that you are an actual customer of ours and we will try our best to fix your project to your standards.
