I brought my lawnmower in for service - oil change and belt tighening. I was told by the "lovely" guy at the counter that it would take about three weeks. Two and a half weeks goes by and I call to find out if it would be completed on time. I was told by the "lovely" guy they were running behind and guesstimation was more like a total of 5 weeks!!! Four and a half weeks goes by and I finaly get a call. Not from the "lovely" guy, but from someone more pleasant to deal with. He told me that my lawnmower was shot. 6 weeks earlier it was working and the time it sat in their shop it died??? I went there to retrieve it so I could get a second opinion and while I was there, another customer was picking up a new lawnmower at they told him his was dead as well.
Bottomline is this place couldn't fix a salad. Customer service stinks - the attitude that they are doing you a favor which is the typical bougie attitude you'd find in that part of Maryland. Stay clear, there are much better places to go to.
I gave them a star, but they don't even deserve that.
