Horrible wait time had to 3 hours everytime i pick up a car. Need for fortlift ppl 3 hours wait time is way to much ...thier customer service is garbage they make to many mistakes daily
A year later they still slow and not doing thier jobs correctly and do not wat to fix thier mess ups

The company misleads customers about the drive status of the vehicles, they encourage employees to hide the fact that there is blood, feces or other bios in the car. If the car transmission makes a noise its a driver, not actually engage and move the car. Just a noise. I was an employee and seen it first hand. Avoid doing business with them.

Rude customer service. I was in an accident a while back and I requested my items from my car to be mailed because I had no form of transportation. I called a few times and made sure my items that were in my car were to be shipped. I received SOME of the items from my car. I called and told the representative I was coming to Copart to retrieve the rest of my belongings. When I arrived, the gentleman was baffled and didn't know I was coming and gave me my license plate which was one of the few items I was picking up.
My adjuster has called and emailed and had little to no response. I still want my items back.
