They dont deserve a star at all the postal service mail deliver was so nasty and they are rude . Im a first time home buyer and they feel I should buy an additional mail box and make me walk to the curb !!!even tho I already have a box on my house !!!! So while I was asking why the. Driver slammed the door n my face to the truck

The people who work at the counter are AWESOME. They're polite, professional, efficient, and try to address issues
The delivery people are HORRENDOUS. They'll wait days to deliver a package, leave a PACKAGE ON TOP OF YOUR MAILBOX just begging someone to just drive by and take it, slice open your cards to see if there's cash. They won't even close your mailbox door, so all your mail gets drenched if it rains. It would literally be better to have a p.o. box than to rely on these carriers. It's truly awful. Only my ex-husband stole more mail than these clowns, but they're gaining on him.
They need to clean house on the carrier side. Get half the people, pay double for better staff, and I'll take reliable service every other day.

Make sure my mailbox is closed all the way when my mail is delivered Thank You ! How un adult of a delivery driver 3rd time this happen.

Not receiving packages, it seems they will not deliver boxes to your door nor do they leave a note to pick up at post office, I guess they keep them, 3 Amazon packages never arrive to my house. I will be contacting post master office. So sad that Bessemer reputation is being tarnished because of uncaring and poor work ethics.
