        I live in a old complex that is in need of some major repairs. The maintenance guy has been replaced by one who works so hard and is amazing. The mgr isn't on site but does a good job. I think SAHA tries but just like any corporations , some care and some don't. Unfortunately, it's the one bad apple effect. But I do see improvement.
