DO NOT accept a room on the highway side unless you like the constant expressway traffic noise all night. We asked for a different room but all they had was a room next to the elevator that she said was equally as noisy. The noise was exacerbated by some of the seal being removed where the sliding glass door latches. Staff listened and was polite but I could sense they really didn't care. You stay at a hotel to get sleep but that didn't happen here. Room was clean and provided the typically comfort of a Courtyard. Pillows are not as good as they used to be but not horrible. Crystal Bridges was awesome however!

Rooms: Clean and beautiful. The bed was so comfortable!
Nearby activities: Crystal Bridges is so close!
Safety: Everything seemed safe.

Absolutely terrible hotel. We arrived to find BLOOD on our toilet that wasn't cleaned. No body wash or conditioner was in our bathroom. When we asked BELINDA at the front desk, she told us they didn't have any maids at the property and we had to wait until tomorrow. We had to demand a refund or a new room instead of Belinda offering to do anything.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. They apparently want everyone to AirBnb-- which is what we'll do from now on.
Update: NO HOT WATER. If you like taking a cold shower stay here. This place is awful.
