A1 Port A Pots and Septic Service

I'm so tired of companies that never respond to requests for service. I want to get my septic pumped. I submitted a week ago through the "Contact Us" on the website which said someone would contact me within 48 hours. I've yet to hear back.

They did a fantastic job start to finish. They responded to my messages and calls and answered all the questions I had and took care of every aspect of the septic install

Had problems with septic. Called owner Tom since he had done the septic inspection just months prior. He said he would come out and look at it. Kept blowing me off. No communication and weeks go by...he never showed. I would NOT recommend wasting time or money on this company. He is not a man of his word!!! Amendment. The owner Tom called me and he was very apologetic about all this. He explained how unfortunately the ball just got dropped and that does happen in businesses sometimes so I am trying to be very understanding since he was very nice and very apologetic he felt very bad about the whole situation. So I would like to say that Tom seems to be a very nice guy and I would probably go ahead and give him the chance if you need help.
