So far I am very happy working with Shawn Benson in Prineville on a B2C and B2B level. He has been great through communicating and I look forward to our continued partnership!
I started with a quote to compare prices to where I was and he took time to explain the differences of what was recommended. Plus I really wanted to work with a local company.
He is prompt to follow up when I have questions or need additional advice. I ended up switching my auto, home and umbrella policies over and saving some money, plus getting better coverage. I'll be talkimg to him about coverage for my investment properties, life insurance and business insurance too.
I like that he has a local office I can meet up with him and he is very active in the community on many levels!
