good guy. But he rushed our yard and it’s bumpy as can be. I was not home when he arrived. My rough grade guy was still working. Jordan called said everything looked good and he could install. He asked if I wanted more trading done. I told him he was the expert and at my house looking at it. I called back after a week to see if he could swing out to look at a few spot and advise how to handle the lumps etc. He said if he was in the area again, sure. That was mid August. It’s end of September and no word or follow up. Now I’m working with Heartland lawns on plans to pull up sod in the spring, grade properly and lay sod back down. Already looking at replacing sod because it’s scalped from the mower because grade work was not complete like he thought. Ken
