After buying a hot chocolate for $2-3, I realized my credit card had been charged almost $35. After a failed attempt of resolving the issue with my credit card company, I went in to the store to see if they could help. I was pretty sure it was an honest mistake, went in with an open mind and was very friendly and understating of the situation. The employee working immediately started yelling at me and being rude, claiming we never make mistakes and that I was lying. Eventually, she got the manager who was much friendlier and explained to the employee that their behavior was unacceptable. While I didnt have a receipt, I had the exact date, time and description of what I was wearing. He took down my info and said he could check the security cameras to confirm that all I purchased was a hot chocolate. After a few days of not hearing anything, I went back to get an update. I was basically told they didnt have any information yet. After multiple attempts of going in and calling, I eventually gave up as they clearly werent willing to help.

large elderly woman who works night shift tried to steal my friends credit card. Usually I don't leave reviews on anything, but this is ridiculous. This isn't the first problem we've had with her just the most serious. If you go to this 7 eleven make sure you don't go at night. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Great late night stop! We were driving through to get to Tennessee. I went out at 12am to get some food for my family, had great pizza and great snacks. Very kind. Great place. Just like I remember.
