It was time for me to go on Medicare and I had NO CLUE what to do! Thank goodness I was refer to Patty Halsey at Cascade Insurance Center. Patty went WAY BEYOND the call of duty to get me set up with a Pacific Source Dual Plan which Ive never even heard about. She set me up and made the necessary direct calls to make sure I got the best Medical care possible. She truly puts her heart into helping people because she honestly cares! It only takes one phone call and Patty will be there to walk you though all of your questions and concerns. Thank you Patty! Youre the Best!

Trying to find commercial insurance for my small business that manufactures products was more of a daunting process than I ever anticipated it could be. During my search, I was denied insurance by multiple carriers and was honestly feeling a little discouraged before speaking to Cascade Insurance Center. I worked with Justin Taylor who was extremely personable and helpful. He truly turned the entire experience around for me. I was on a time crunch and he consistently made me feel like he was prioritizing my company. He answered all of my questions and made me feel relaxed throughout the process. He was quick with responding to me throughout our time working together. I went from compiling packets of information required when applying directly to insurance companies, to a quick and easy application and approval process with Justin as my agent. I will absolutely be referring any of my business friends, to Cascade Insurance Center- or anyone who needs insurance, really. Highly recommend letting this company help you with your insurance needs. Lastly, the receptionist who initially answered my call was also so sweet and helpful. Really impressed with this team!
