Mr Goodwater

We are highly pleased with the service and honesty of Lucas, when he recently came to our home to complete some service issues. Unbelievably, he was much less expensive than those other guys who think they are, shall we say, ""less costly". Lucas explained everything he was doing and solved a lack of sufficient water to the icemaker that the other company had been throwing their hands up in the air for the past 6 years. Thanks Lucas!!!

Where to start. I cant express enough how happy I am with this company. There professionalism and quality of work is top notch. The quality of the products they install and how they stand behind there product is unbelievable. Trust me when I say you will be very happy if you give Mr.Goodwater a call. The last person to come out for a service call was Timmy Adams and the speed and friendliness of us work was great.

Lukas from Mr. Goodwater came out within just a few hours of my call requesting help with my water softener, which would not stop cycling! He was professional, kind and courteous, and had a new unit installed before 4 pm on the same day!

We recently bought a new home in Oregon and called Mr. Goodwater to come and install a new water softener. Aaron the service tech stopped by a day earlier not to install the water softener but to check to make sure he would have what he needed the next day. It was the end of the day for him, but we asked if he could install it that day and without hesitation did it. While installing he noticed our Aprilairre was leaking and took it upon himself to fix it for us. I dont know what customer service looks like to most people, but these are the type of things you do that make a difference and Mr. Goodwater does them every damn time.
