My wife used them to replace a windshield so I could get inspected. We had to wait a week which is understandable. We dropped it at a local garage for the install because of the weather. They installed it and got my truck inspected. All was good until the following day I noticed a crack starting from under the molding no chips are visable.. we. Called and told them what the issue is and they said the would come by my house to look at it on Thursday. My wife canceled her appointments for the day to accommodate their schedule and they never showed up. So now the crack has spread up Into the drivers view. Now I am guessing they are blowing me off so now I will have to waste another day to get it replaced again. I will not recommend this company and will not use them again. I understand things happen but at least take a look when you say you will and make it right. Dont just ignore a customer complaint.

After many folks had recommended this Auto Glass replacement shop (our insurance agent included) we decided to go with them. A few phone calls later I was able to get in touch. First, they ordered the incorrect glass because they had the incorrect year for our vehicle. The receptionist said that "she didn't know what happened" but when I reminded her that the Insurance agent verified the information with us both on the phone during the three way call to submit the claim she then stated it was her fault because "actually she wasn't really paying attention". When I asked if we could get an additional $25 discount due to the inconvenience of leaving our vehicle for another day at the shop, she stated that she was unable to offer more that the original 25$ off the deductible because "we are not really making any money off of you anyways since its such an old vehicle".
I verified the shops hours of operation with the same receptionist two days later to make sure that we would be able to pick up the vehicle. When we arrived a half hour before the time she told us they would close, we found our vehicle unlocked and abandoned with the keys in it. The shop is located in a more questionable part of the main street in Winooski. I mentioned this to our insurance agent and he reached out to the owner who said he would be in touch to discuss the situation.
A month later and still no word.
I really wanted to like this company but for me, its a no go.
