Not a customer and wouldn't want to either! Called to report there system was installed by precious owner and was told they don't come out to get their OWN equipment so we should removed it ourselves. Really?!?!? WOW!!

Used to work sales for these fools 13+ years ago when I was 18... worse job EVER!. I cant believe they are still in business LOL... I had to lie to customers and trick people to sign long term contracts... Commission was great, but not worth your soul (or miles on my car) lol...

Horrible!! There is no customer satisfaction with this company! Contacted them for 2 weeks to have my alarm system moved to another building. First the sales person, Mathew Ryan, calls me back after a week with my repeated attempts to call ASG and the offices and then he takes advantage of us by making us sign another 3 year contract which we already completed a year of our previous one, and charges me to reinstall the previous alarm $250. Needed the alarm installed in our new location by May 1, 2015. After arguing with them to have it installed because they didn't get back to me in the necessary time so they agreed. Then they call me on the day of the installation to tell me they won't be able to come till the following Tuesday. We have 2 alarms within this company and multiple other locations that use ASG. Would have chosen another company but need they promised they would have someone install the system by Friday. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! PLENTY OF OTHER COMPANIES!! We are already shopping around for another ourselves.
