Heart to Heart Senior Care Services

Debbie is involved with the personal care provided by the assistants that she send to our home. This is very much appreciated. All caregivers have been personable and caring toward my family member with Dementia. The caregivers go the extra mile to ensure the dignity of the recipient. I can't say enough good things about this business and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for these services.

Heart to Heart Senior care was the best that can happened to my father and our family. They gave excellent care to him . The care giver was always very helpful to him he always look forward to her arriving. she brought the best in him. She was caring, understanding, and loving. Not to mention punctual. I would recommend Heart to Heart senior care to any family in need of caring and professional company.

I worked for this company for 5 years. My uncle was also cared for before his passing away. The staff was so efficient, professional and accomodating to his needs. They came out the same day to meet with my family and were ready to provide services right away. And the best part is that they are on call 24/7 for emergencies. You will always be able to speak to staffing personnel and not an answering service. I can say that families and their loved ones are always their first priority. The caregivers are never just thrown in the job without being perfectly matched to the personalities of the elderly. Thank you, caregivers and staff of Heart to heart senior care. I would recommend these services to anyone needing them and not because I have worked there to know what happens internally but also because they have provided services to my loved one.

This company is not a good company. My care consultation with Rosa went horrible. Make sure you are with several of your family members to make a decision. She will do anything to take money from you until the last penny. She harassed me for two months 2-3 times a week. I was not impressed by her, the company, or their style of selling. She said they had more than 20 years of experience, but seem as if they had only a few months of experience. This company is a scheme! If you decide to go for this company do not say I didn't warn you.
