I have had these guys come out now 3 times and all 3 times I came home to my dog locked in my back room in my house!!! I am beyond appalled! The first time I blamed myself thinking I left in a hurry and must have done it on accident. The 2nd time I told my husband to call them and tell them if they need in our home they need to call and ask before inviting themselves in and they denied ever coming in yet my dog again was locked in the back room! This last time will be the last....this is the 3rd time I find my dog locked in. I left my house for 40 minutes with my dog free roaming my home and came back to find Hansberry septic truck still in my driveway with yet again my dog locked in my back room!!! I confronted them and they denied it yet again! I should have set my trail cam up like my husband had said so they would have been caught on camera! I will never use them again needless to say and will be telling everyone I can about them invading the privacy of our home and inviting themselves in and doing what they please! They are lucky I did not report them!
