        Place is old but kept clean. A lot of Filipino staff who are very warm and friendly.

        Horrifying place. I was hospitalized when another family member sent my mom there. Some staff do their best. Management directs staff to violate patient rights and abuse the elderly.

        No response from staff. Finally contacted Remi but she kept saying she will call back but never did. Seems to be no accountability on how to treat new potential patents

        Definitely will NEVER RECOMMEND. The nurses here are definitely the worse some are even sleeping when they should be working. Bring ur family somewhere else. Definitely the worse place to have family during Covid.

        Our 96 year old aunt moved into this wonderful facility in August 2022 and has been extremely happy. She is bedridden and in her prior care home she was in her room at all times. At Carlmont Gardens they invited her to join in their activities program and take her into the community room which she really enjoys. They also offer her weekly communion as she is a devout Catholic. She loves the care providers and raves about the food. Thank you to the fantastic staff for making this a special home for our auntie!
