Some of The worst service Ive ever received. Rude employees staring blankly at me. No knowledge of their products. No desire to help come up with a solution. I was sold the wrong regulator even after describing my needs several times. This place is the worst. I have items to take back but I cringe even thinking about going back in that store and dealing with their staff

Matt and his co workers are the rudest most unprofessional cylinder pimps I think I have ever been in contact with.The filth that comes out of matt's mouth is unemployment worthy.Getting there wasting our time and lying to us when we get there that they did not confirm stock on hand and said they had what we needed.Instead of owning up to a mistake on their part they denied ever talking to us even though we have a cell trail of a 2 1/2 minute call this am.Come on juveniles there are only 2 of you there own it.Grow up this is the real world not the bottom of your parents basement telling white lies to get what you want or don't want.If I could give your customer service a 5th of a star I might because you have Air in your business name. Go out of your way to do business elsewhere if you have that choice.Grow up and treat your position and your customers with respect and don't waste their time.I will also file a complaint with owner of this franchise store and corporate office.Rude no scruples. After 30 min a shout out to Central Welding supply who got us what we needed at a fair price. Like I said if you have choices make the right ones..WE HAVE BALLOONS !!!! Thanks Central Welding supply
