Lenscrafters Bellis Fair Mall, Bellingham WA. Definitely a 5-star experience during my entire appointment. From Cora at the intake desk for my eye exam, Dr Jackson during my exam, & with Jordan, the store mgr that completed my order for glasses & contacts. So many great frame choices in all price ranges. I spoke with Courtney & Barbara the day before my appt, they guided me through the seamless online patient info form. So helpful. I highly recommend Bellingham Lenscrafters.

I brought the entire contents of my broken sunglasses boneyard three pairs Into LensCrafters for repairs, 90% sure only one of them could be repaired successfully. Two of them were particularly tricky, so my expectations were probably realistically low. But these people know what they're doing, successfully rehabilitating all three of my frames, and Courtney was kind enough to help me adjust and fine-tune them to fit my face better.
I appreciate the top notch capabilities of the staff, but the friendly, above and beyond helpfulness made me a customer. I picked up a sweet new pair of Ray-Bans and got those fitted, too. They do adjustments and repairs for free, folks! But I figured after all that labor, it seemed only right to make a purchase.
Truly stellar service at this outpost; I'm so grateful to have what feels like three new pairs of sunglasses now when what I brought them was a sad crumpled pile thanks you guys!
