        There is a lot of room for improvement in their ordering process and their customer service. I made two orders through this branch and both times were a struggle. The first thing they could do is just simply answer their phone. I will try a different branch next time.

        If you spent the last 24 years going to this brickyard watching it go downhill, I'm right there with you. Every year, the brick and block just keep getting wetter and wetter. You would think they would put a new roof over the materials to stop the rain (we are in Washington after all) but even though us masons are out there working on multi million dollar homes and buying all the materials from mutual materials $$$ they keep giving out soaking wet materials. It's time for a new brick yard in the King County area.

        They started off very helpful to help me source materials for my home renovation, but then ghosted me when I asked for a quote for a specific product they are a retailer for. Very disappointing.
