after payment confirmation we get an email asking all this question including how we heard about them. I get second email saying we won't be able to get the product unless we answer email with questions. you should ask questions before taking paymentWe won't be doing business with you

After receiving an order from Atago USA, I received an additional invoice after the fact for an "address correction fee". Apparently, Atago USA ships everything via UPS, so that the PO Box that I entered was invalid. Instead of contacting me to request a UPS-shippable address, the company simply entered the PO Box on the UPS shipping label and then charged me the $18 "address correction" fee. My department will not be doing any further business with this company.

I had an excellent experience with this company. From start to finish, they were highly professional, putting my needs at the forefront, and not giving up until all was fixed. Thorough, polite, and courteous. Their products are amazing. Cannot recommend a better Company.
