Buyers Beware. My parents have used this company many of times the past 21 years. When my husband and I moved into our house in 2017 we had Victor come out and service our garage door. We recently needed our springs replaced on our door. On our bill there was no breakdown for parts and labor. They charged us $650.00 plus tax to replace our spring in the door. It took less than one hour to replace. It also states on the receipt that the technician told us that we will need to replace the bearings next spring and nothing was ever mentioned to us. This is no longer a family owned company. Nor an honest company. They will rip you off. I called many other companies and they are all around $300.00 to replace. It’s a shame that small businesses are dwindling away to companies like this. My parents and I will no longer be using this company.

Jesse went above and beyond on a Saturday to fix not just the garage door of the property we called him for but the garage door of another property across town that had broken. Everything was fixed better than before.

It took approximately 3 months to have one section of my garage door replaced. The technician, I think his name was Mark (it was so very long ago!), said it would be a couple of weeks. When I discussed this with the front desk person, she was shocked that he gave us that estimate, Weird. When the door was ready from the manufacturer, and installation was scheduled, they cancelled because the installer contracted Covid. OK, that's understandable. I was the one who called to reschedule (was expecting some degree of service that they might contact ME to reschedule, but nope) and I took the morning off work (again) to be home and available to have it installed. NO SHOW. The front desk staff said they had no idea where he was, and that he just went MIA. The next day someone came to install the door, a different guy. So lame. So, so lame, all around big thumbs down.

Tyler did a fantastic job replacing a spring and doing a tuneup! Very fast and efficient! I would recommend him anytime!

Tyler was great. Arrived on time, diagnosed the issue very quickly and was able to source the needed equipment right away. Tyler was very helpful. Very happy. Would use them again
