The place was nice and clean with fun ambient lighting, it was really cute inside. They were incredibly friendly and set me up with a drink while I waited for my appointment. They were great about making sure I got the lash style I wanted. The bed was heated, which is important for me because I get cold easy. It was a nice experience, I appreciate attention to detail.

I had a phenomenal experience today at this place. I got a massage and a facial. Chandra is very warm, kind and has a great vibe. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Hands down, She is the best and I cannot wait to go back! Jennifer did my facial and it was also a delightful experience. Overall great service I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Wish I could give it five stars since the ladies there were incredibly kind. I booked the 60min new client signature massage- on the website it says aromatherapy and head/scalp treatment are included, which I was not offered. I also waited up front for a few minutes since they dont have anyone separate for the front desk which is reasonable for a business on the weekend. By the time I was checked in it was my appointment time, then I waited another 10min as there was some issue with the computer and they had to turn over the room. My massage did not start until 1pm or later and it did feel a bit shorter than it should have been, but that could just be my perception. Chandra was great and responsive to my pressure needs. I think my biggest issue is just not what I booked online being transferred to the appointment and I also felt they may have been too busy to look at the form I had filled out online with my medical history and needs. Thats ok though, I think they were a bit swamped today, Im just not sure if I would come back again. Chandra was wonderful though!!
