The team at PMSI was great. Super helpful, and very fast. I had originally tried to use another company to get a breast pump (the place recommended by my doctor) but their selection was very small. Only 3 options, and 2 of them were on backorder! They gave me the run around for weeks before I finally canceled with them. PMSI, on the other hand, had tons of options, including optional upgrades and extra things you might want, and my pump was delivered the day after I ordered it. Super fast, super efficient, great experience.

Not convenient for working soon to be moms. I took an hour out of my workday to drive to Bellevue because I wanted to learn and ask questions about a couple of breast pumps. They arent open on weekends or past 4 so I snuck out of work early to try and get there before they closed. When I got there I was informed that it wasnt possible for me to buy a breast pump that day and there wasnt anyone there who could answer my questions. It was 3:40, which I understand is close to closing time for them but it wasnt 4, which they say they will be open til. I explained it was hard for me to come when they were open bc of my work schedule. The woman who was there who couldnt sell me a breast pump or answer any questions told me I could order online which completely negates the purpose of why I went in person in the first place. I would suggest maybe calling ahead of time to make sure someone is going to be there when you go.
