My husband and I stopped by Beardmore Hyundai looking to buy a new red 2024 Hyundai Elantra. We were greeted by salesman Andrew Rawlings. He's so knowledgeable with a great personality, and absolutely zero pressure from him. He's personable and went above and beyond for us, and treated us like family! We really enjoyed working with Drew and love our 2024 Hyundai Elantra! We had such a great car buying experience with him, it's too bad our experience with finance didn't go as well. Brandon in finance is polite, nice, and means well. But unfortunately there was way too much pressure applied to get the extended warranty, which we didn't buy. A couple other things didn't sit well with us. The time in finance left us exhausted and stressed.

I worked with Drake Dowd to lease a new 2023 Hyundai Sonata. He did an amazing job at showing me different options for vehicles. I had not gone in even expecting to look at a Hyundai but rather a used Chevy Trailblazer. However, after Drake had pulled up two different Sonata options for me to see, I fell in love with the 2023 Sonata. He advocated for me to the finance team so we could get my payments where I needed them to be and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles as well, being sure to talk with me about the difference features that could be found on my new vehicle. He's also done a great job at following up and reaching out to me for any additional questions I could have since I made my purchase 4 days ago. 10/10 would recommend!
