***Please read other 1 star reviews, they are all accurate and I wish I would have read them before wasting my time here. Horrible is an understatement. Im a nurse and work in healthcare so I am very understanding and aware of how the process of medical appointments work. The lack of professionalism and competence at the administrative desk is unacceptable. To start off my appointment was at 8:30am and I was not called to the front desk until 9:05am to start check in process. The front desk didnt even have my appointment in the system, luckily I had confirmation on zoc doc to show that I indeed booked and had an appointment. She then proceeds to say that they would have to process my insurance which would take an additional 30 minutes. Frustrated, I ask how long the appointments once seen by doctor typically take since I had planned my day and made other appointments throughout the day accordingly. Front desk looks at me with a blank stare and says so do you want to see the doctor or not At this point I realize this is not a place I want to receive care. Especially if I have to have continued appointments in the future and have to deal with the lack of consideration on being punctual and even having my appointment and information in the system.

Ridiculous & 2 thumbs down. Just want your money- Deceitful about insurances they take. Told me its $800 and not covered AFTER I drove 30+ minutes, filled out every single form and sat in the lobby for 30 min. They knew this prior to me showing up and lied about leaving messages. I guess hoping to get money. Beyond frustrated & disappointed. 2 stars to be generous!

Great doctors, very attentive, great bedside manner, caring staff, easily accessible, accepting new patients. I've been going to them for allergy and immune issues for almost 20 years. Always have had great experiences. Highly recommend.
