        Horrible, just horrible. Poor communication and lots of suspicious practices from the employee helping me during my visit here. Went in to trade in my old Iphone for the special deal and now my bills are charging me higher than what the special deal said. Now I need to waste time making more phone calls to customer support or visit another location.
