Just tried to call the office as Im having a propane emergency, office is closed during open hours?? Neither emergency number works or atleast they send ya straight to voicemail? Not thrilled as Ill have to go the weekend without heat source or being able too cook. Thanks LLC! - dont bother if youre in a bind!

I've used this business for a number of years now but the driver retired or got a new job and the new driver just isn't up to par. My place is in the mountains and he isn't experienced enough to deliver to my address. He got the company to quit delivering to me. Left me in the cold. I wouldn't recommend them for this reason. If they get a new driver they might be ok.

Everytime I need to call, they address my situation with professionalism. We have been MEA clients for at least 5 years and have had zero issues. They answer questions and treat us like people not just a number on a route. THanks for the great service!

Stay away from these guys in Ennis area. Between the terrible delivery to the incompetence in Service. You definitely get what you pay for!!!! Just because you have a uniform doesnt mean youre qualified............. Buyers beware A joke for a business. Price is definitely not everything. Expensive products and unable to install products by code and set up information .
