My doctor and nurses were amazing. From the check-in desk, I felt heard and listened to and I felt very calm after much panic with what i was going through. Sam (Samantha) was like an old friend, funny, and so very kind to me and Dr. Prescott really made me feel heard and listened to. I don't remember the name of the doctor who did my ultrasound but she was also very pleasant. The doctor who did my CT made me laugh, I was very nervous and he was very kind. I will 100% come back if I need anything in the future as long as Sam gets to be my nurse again.

I gave birth here on 2/27 && it was such an amazing experience I cant thank my nurses enough for all that they did for me!

Horrible hospital they experimented on my mother pressured our family by using scare tactics which ultimately ended in my mothers demise then lied on her death certificate and said she passed away of Covid.

Overall my experience here was very uncomfortable. The staff here seems to have a mind of their own and are more concerned with their own feelings rather than objectively deciding on the best path of execution. I went in last night and had the most awful experience with Dr Lee's team. Dr Lee was arrogant, rude callous, and indifferent. I came in with sleep deprivation and extreme anxiety and in spite of my condition I spent 6 hours in the hospital before I realized I was never even admitted nor released. All because I had moved into a new apartment yesterday and couldn't remember my address. Val and Nicole are saints as far as I'm concerned. In spite of everybody's negativity and attitude issues these two shown above the rest!!! There was also a gal today she'll know who I'm talking about. I can't remember her name but I almost left the hospital again this morning because they suggested a path not consistent with my issues. And because she stood up for me I didn't leave and was able and because she stood up for me I didn't leave and was actually able to get a good plan. The only reason I went here was because I felt unsafe driving all the way to the VA hospital. My experience here was awful and though the hard-working people here may care about making the hospital a better place, It's beyond evident that management and leaders in this hospital really don't give a crap nor do they seem to like their job! I live 2 minutes away from here and I will drive an hour before I have to come back Lord willing no more emergencies. PS when they do crisis counseling sessions there are people in the room listening and judging you aside from the person you're speaking with so be careful what you say.
