I made an appointment via the phone. Showed up on time with my Shih-Zhu. The lady at the counter was eating her lunch, a man was walking around eating and holding a dog, and when the groomer came in to meet my dog she didnt acknowledge my dog or us. Odd. It wasnt super clean and I was just to overwhelmed and didnt feel comfortable leaving my baby. So I quietly walked out. They sent the man who was eating out to our car but I wasnt comfortable enough to speak to him. He walked away and flipped us off.
This place had great reviews and I believed them. But maybe its more for locals and friends? I generally drop $100+ on grooming and have no problems with groomers but have become accustomed to more refined places. I just wasnt impressed nor comfortable leaving my baby.
Super disappointed. Not my style but there were quite a few dogs in there so maybe Im just ridiculous.

Classy K9 is the ONLY place our girl will let us take her to get her "hair done". The groomers are delightful and dedicated---they do a phenomenal job!
