      image Don’t rent from the Mercer family. They will sell the unit you’re in (after just being in there for a few months) and then tell you that you have to be out in 2 months. Knowing the owners put the townhome on the market and didn’t even tell my elderly grandmother, nor give her the option to buy it. So now she has to hire more movers, and pack all of her stuff for the 2nd time in just a few months. J. Mercer showed no compassion.. nor apologized. Instead..she made excuses. Totally unprofessional.

      image It's a great area but there is no hoa meeting's for us and the worst yard crew that works under the Mercer's. They are not good people at sll they're actually criminals
